1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the OnlySets iOS application and related services (together, the Service). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Apple's standard end-user licence agreement applies to the app obtained through the Apple App Store. These Terms govern your use of the OnlySets Service and do not replace that standard Apple agreement.

2. Eligibility and accounts

OnlySets is intended for people aged 13 and older. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that you have any consent required to use the Service.

You may create or access an account using email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it accurate. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Fitness and wellness information

OnlySets provides fitness and wellness tools. Its scores, targets, recommendations, progress information, nutrition information, estimates, and similar features are informational only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise, diet, or fitness programme, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern. Stop exercising and seek appropriate advice if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. You choose whether and how to exercise and remain responsible for doing so safely. Data from devices and services may be incomplete or inaccurate; do not rely on the Service for medical or safety-critical decisions.

4. Apple Health

Apple Health integration is optional. If you choose to permit it, OnlySets has read-only access to Apple Health step-count data to support step-related goals, progress, and fitness features. OnlySets does not write data to HealthKit and does not request HealthKit workout access.

For Premium users, up to seven days of historical step-count data may be synced to OnlySets for step history, analytics, and trend functionality. Our Privacy Policy explains the processing of HealthKit and other personal information in more detail.

5. Subscriptions, purchases, and refunds

OnlySets may offer Premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchases using StoreKit. Available plans, subscription periods, prices, and any applicable offers are those shown to you by Apple before you confirm a purchase. OnlySets does not directly collect or store your card or other payment credentials.

Apple processes payments and renewals. A subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it through your Apple account subscription settings before the applicable renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple. If you cancel, you normally retain access until the end of the paid period, subject to Apple's terms and processes. When a subscription expires, is cancelled, is not renewed, or is otherwise no longer active, Premium features may no longer be available.

Free trials, introductory offers, and other promotional offers are available only where displayed by Apple and where Apple determines you are eligible. We do not guarantee the availability of an offer or trial.

Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple account. RevenueCat manages subscription entitlement status for OnlySets; it does not replace Apple's role in processing your purchase and billing.

Refund requests are governed by Apple's applicable refund process and your applicable legal rights. Deleting an OnlySets account does not cancel an active Apple App Store subscription. You must separately manage or cancel that subscription through Apple.

6. Your content

You may submit content through the Service, including workout plans and logs, meals and saved meals, meal photos, profile content, and feedback (collectively, User Content). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant OnlySets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, and display User Content only as necessary to operate, provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. This licence ends when the relevant User Content is deleted from our active systems, except to the extent retention is described in the Privacy Policy or required for legitimate backup, legal, or security purposes.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and grant this licence. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, is harmful or abusive, or attempts to interfere with the Service or other users.

If you provide voluntary feedback or suggestions about OnlySets, you allow us to use them to improve the Service without compensation or obligation to you.

7. Privacy, data export, and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, retain, and delete personal information. It forms an important part of your use of the Service.

You can request account deletion through the account settings in the app. Account deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You can also export supported workout, calorie, and weight data in JSON or CSV format. Account deletion and Apple subscription billing are separate: deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store subscription.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or compromise the security or operation of the Service; or
• use automated or other means to abuse the Service, bypass limits, or collect data without permission.

9. Availability, changes, and suspension

The Service depends on your device, internet connection, Apple services, and other service providers. Features may be unavailable, delayed, or affected by maintenance, updates, outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service improvement. You should keep the app updated and maintain copies of information that is important to you.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created a security risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Suspension or termination of an OnlySets account does not itself cancel Apple billing; you must manage any Apple App Store subscription separately through Apple.

10. Intellectual property

OnlySets and its software, design, branding, and content supplied by us are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and Apple's standard end-user licence agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own lawful, non-commercial use.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlySets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for losses of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where a change is material, provide notice through the Service or by another appropriate means. By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the law of the country where you live.
