1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using OnlyGym, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Medical & Health Disclaimer

OnlyGym is a fitness tracking utility, NOT a medical device or healthcare provider. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

ALWAYS consult with a qualified healthcare professional or physician before starting any new diet, fitness program, or exercise routine.

You assume all risks associated with the exercises and activities you choose to track within the app. OnlyGym is not liable for any injuries, health complications, or damages sustained while using our software or its suggested workouts/targets.

3. User Accounts & Security

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country depending on Health data laws) to use OnlyGym.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activities under your account. Users must provide accurate information (email, age, etc.).

4. Subscriptions and Billing

OnlyGym may offer premium features via an auto-renewing subscription (e.g., 14-day free trial followed by a monthly/annual fee).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your iOS App Store Account Settings.

5. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the OnlyGym backend infrastructure (APIs, servers, databases). You may not use the app to track illegal activities or generate abusive content.

All app code, designs, logos, and original content belong to OnlyGym.

6. Limitation of Liability & Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, abuse the API, or engage in fraudulent activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyGym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
